Delivery & Collection Information

As we are a small family business, I'll be picking,  packing and sending off all of your lovely orders! I aim to get them despatched the same day, as I know how nice it is to get a new squishy parcel, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Service

All of our products are currently sent by Evri tracked standard 2 - 4 day delivery service.

We offer an easy flat-fee postage of £2.99 for orders up to £30.00, and free delivery for orders above £30.00.

Evri covers almost all of the United Kingdom, however there are some remote or inaccessible areas that they can't deliver to. Should there be an issue with finding your address, or if it is found to be an address that Evri cannot deliver to, then we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address. Click and Collect from our shop!

We offer a click and collect service if you would rather pick up your order directly from us in our shop at 51 Broad Street, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol BS37 6AD.

Please select "click and collect" at the check-out, pay and complete your order.

Please note that this collection service is available from the shop on our opening days (not Tuesday or Sunday).
